The History 414 exam is January 31st at 9:00 am in the large gym. Please be prepared and arrive with a pen, pencil, and eraser.
Know your group number as this will determine where you sit for the exam:
01 = orange
02= yellow
03= green
11= blue
12=purple
The exam is 2.5 hours long. You must remain for half the alloted time (1 hour and 15 minutes).
For review:
(1) review the flowcharts at the end of each module in your workbook
(2) review your class notes
(3) go to the Lester B Pearson history 414 site (notes, quizzes and tests)
(4) go to www.learnquebec.ca ...if you do not have a username and password get one from the guidance department (powerpoint presentations, quizzes, tests, and notes)
(5) borrow a review book and practice old exam questions
(6) come visit Ms. Manweiler and she will help you! If the door is open you are welcome to come in.

The Exam Approaches!
Good luck to everyone writing the History 414 Supplemental on Thursday. Remember to bring an hb pencil for the multiple choice portion of the exam!
Homework: All classes please make sure to submit your module 4 quiz worksheet (it is not a quiz for you rather it is for homework marks.)
Next Few Classes: We will be reviewing topics from each module for the exam January 31st. We will also be reviewing how to do an essay question for the exam. It is very important that you attend to get help if you need it to prepare for the exam.
Extra Help: I will be in my room Wednesday the 16th and Thursday the 17th at lunch if you would like to get some extra help, study etc...Any other time, if my door is open, you are welcome to come in.

Welcome To Your New Class Resource
Hello everyone! I am very happy to share this new resource with you. I will be moving over files and powerpoint presentations from my old wikispaces page to here. Please use this as a resource to study, check up on what you may have missed in class, and look to see when major assignments, quizzes and tests will be. I will also include resource websites for you. I will also post images in the blog that apply to our course and that may be used on the exam. Information that you need to know currently:
Supplemental History 414 exam is January 17th at 9- 11:30 am
Midterm History 414 exam is January 31st at 9-11:30 am in the large gym. Please know your section number to sit in the appropriate area!
You will be having a short quiz on Module 4 before you write your midterm. I will give you notice approximately two days before you write the quiz as we will be reviewing in class as we proceed through new material.
You may pick up your essays from Mr. Holmes.
